This house is built on four pillars founded directly on the bedrock at a depth of one and a half meters. A pair of beams, inverted over the roof, structure the roof slab and support the floor slab, without beams.
The natural profile of the terrain had been de-characterized. It was on this pretext that it was decided to move the existing volume of earth on the plot to organize three garden levels at different levels, like three stones, and a walkway between them at street level.
The street garden (level 2.00) extends the elevated living room by incorporating the front setback, normally lost behind a wall. The bedroom garden (level 1.80) overhangs the north face and offers a more sheltered outdoor area as an extension of the sleeping areas. The courtyard garden (level 1.20), at half level, provides a smooth passage between the two floors and takes advantage of the short vertical distances achieved by the structural solution.
